Resistant starch in unripe banana offers a possibility to alter the glycemic properties in convenience foods, such as pasta. In this study, pasta formulations were tried by replacing 30% semolina with varying proportions of green banana flour (GBF) and banana-modified starch (MS). The effect of substitution on physicochemical and functional properties, including in-vitro starch digestibility, antioxidant property and consumer acceptability, was evaluated. Among the composite flours, MS recorded higher swelling power and water holding capacity. The replacement of semolina with GBF resulted in higher resistant starch, 4–5 times enhanced indigestible fraction, phenols, flavonoids and antioxidant activity in pasta. Pronounced increment was also observed in potassium, calcium and magnesium content in blended pasta. Optimal cooking time was reduced with the addition of GBF, whereas it was enhanced with MS. GBF and MS in the blends, decreased the hydrolysis rate (up to 24%) and glycemic index (up to 17%) of pasta. However, the addition of MS beyond 10% negatively influenced springiness and chewiness. Microstructural studies explained the positive structural changes with the addition of GBF and MS. Sensory attributes disclosed that the addition of 25% GBF and 5% MS is a desirable proportion for pasta with a functional characteristics. 相似文献

Reinforcement of PEEK by nanoparticles such as multiwalled carbon nanotubes (MWCNTs), is a promising technique to prepare PEEK nanocomposites with improved properties for promising biomedical applications. However, proper dispersion of MWCNTs in the polymer matrices is a primary processing challenge. The present study reports a novel and environmentally beneficial approach for homogeneous dispersion of MWCNT in PEEK by using ionic liquid (IL) 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrogen sulfate ([EMIM][HSO4]). Neat PEEK, PEEK-MWCNTs (using conventional organic solvent dimethylformamide), and PEEK-MWCNTs-IL (using [EMIM][HSO4]) nanocomposites were fabricated via melt-compounding and compression molding techniques. The fabricated composites were characterized for morphological, thermal, and mechanical properties and compared to those of neat PEEK and PEEK-MWCNTs. Ionic liquid provoked proficient dispersion of the MWCNTs in PEEK, as confirmed by FESEM and optical micrographs. The thermal stability of PEEK-MWCNTs-IL composite was significantly superior to that of the neat PEEK and PEEK-MWCNTs. Analysis of tensile strength and nanoindentation depicted that the modulus of elasticity of PEEK-MWNCTs-IL was significantly increased by 76% as compared to that of neat PEEK. 提出钢表层脱碳层深度测定的一种新方法,即电子探针面分析法。对热轧态高碳工具钢75Cr1、淬火齿轮钢20CrMnTi、冷轧退火低碳车厢板SH1100钢3个典型钢种完成脱碳层深度的测定试验,结果表明:对于珠光体-铁素体型中高碳钢的脱碳层深度测定,金相法测定值是电子探针面分析法测定值的77%左右;对于淬回火钢的脱碳层深度测定,电子探针面分析法的测量精度在10 μm以下,约是显微硬度法测量精度的十分之一;对于脱碳层深度不易准确测定的低碳钢,电子探针面分析法通过较大区域范围的平均碳含量变化曲线来测定脱碳层深度,测量结果准确。电子探针面分析法在脱碳层深度测定方面具有钢种组织状态不限、试样形状不限、数据统计性好、测量精度高、易操作等优势,可在业内大力推广。 相似文献

提出了一种基于多变量时间序列(MTS)及向量自回归(VAR)机器学习模型的水驱油藏产量预测方法,并进行了实例应用。该方法在井网分析的基础上通过MTS分析对注采井组数据进行优选,并将井组内不同采出井产油量及注入井注水量作为彼此相关的时间序列,通过建立VAR模型从多个时间序列中提取出相互作用规律,挖掘注采井间流量的依赖关系从而进行产量预测。水驱油藏历史生产数据分析结果表明,与数值模拟历史拟合结果相比,机器学习模型产量预测结果具有更高精度,同时不确定性分析提升了预测结果的安全性。通过脉冲响应分析对注入井的采油贡献量进行评价,可为注水开发方案调整提供理论指导。 相似文献

Abstract The widespread use of virtual reality head-mounted-displays (HMDs) calls for a re-examination of the impact of prolonged exposure to fixed visual displays at close ocular proximity. The purpose of this study is to validate the Virtual Reality Symptoms Questionnaire (VRSQ), created to understand symptoms of prolonged HMDs use, and Computer Use Survey (CUS), created to assess general physical and visual discomfort symptoms. Participants (N?=?100) recorded their general discomfort symptoms using the CUS, performed an interactive task using a HMD for thirty minutes, and then answered the CUS again along with the VRSQ. VRSQ, analysed using an exploratory factor analysis, indicated a clear two-factor solution, and demonstrated very good internal consistency (α?=?0.873). The CUS, also analysed using an exploratory factor analysis, indicated a four-factor solution, and demonstrated good internal consistency (α?=?0.838). Practitioner Summary: A quantitative-experimental study was conducted to explore the factor structure and validate both the Virtual Reality Symptoms Questionnaire (VRSQ), and the Computer Use Survey (CUS). Findings indicate the VRSQ and CUS are precise and accurate survey instruments for evaluating discomfort after VR-HMD use and the latter for computer use. 为探明不同种源地香叶树作为油料树种的开发价值,采集了全国6省20县市的香叶树果实,对香叶树全果、果肉及籽的油脂含量及脂肪酸组成进行了分析,并采用ward法对不同种源地香叶树籽油脂肪酸进行了聚类分析。结果表明:香叶树全果、果肉以及籽的平均油脂含量分别为43.31%、42.38%及46.12%;全果油脂肪酸组成以月桂酸、油酸和癸酸为主;果肉油以油酸和棕榈酸为主;而籽油则以月桂酸和癸酸为主,月桂酸含量为53.20%~70.30%,月桂酸和癸酸总含量达76.40%~90.10%;聚类分析将不同种源地香叶树分为3大类,云南省、贵州省及广西省的香叶树属低月桂酸类型,福建省、江西省及湖南省的香叶树属中高月桂酸型。香叶树可作为生产中碳链脂肪酸的新晋树种,福建省的香叶树籽油脂含量高,且籽油中月桂酸含量高,作为中碳链脂肪酸的原料地具有明显的开发优势。 相似文献

利用传统的k匿名技术在社会网络中进行隐私保护时会存在聚类准则单一、图中数据信息利用不足等问题. 针对该问题, 提出了一种利用Kullback-Leibler (KL)散度衡量节点1-邻居图相似性的匿名技术(anonymization techniques for measuring the similarity of node 1-neighbor graph based on Kullback-Leibler divergence, SNKL). 根据节点1-邻居图分布的相似性对原始图节点集进行划分, 按照划分好的类进行图修改, 使修改后的图满足k匿名, 完成图的匿名发布. 实验结果表明, SNKL方法与HIGA方法相比在聚类系数上的改变量平均降低了17.3%, 同时生成的匿名图与原始图重要性节点重合度保持在95%以上. 所提方法在有效保证隐私的基础上, 可以显著的降低对原始图结构信息的改变. 相似文献

In this paper, a solar power-based combined plant for power, hydrogen, methane, ammonia and urea production is proposed. A parabolic trough collector is utilized for the system prime mover. Moreover, steam Rankine cycle, organic Rankine cycle, hydrogen production and compression subsystem, ammonia, methane and urea production units, single-effect absorption cooling unit, and freshwater production plant are integrated together to develop the present system for better system performance and cost-effectiveness and reduced environmental impact. In order to analyze and evaluate the proposed multigeneration plant, thermodynamic, parametric and economic studies are performed. According to the assessment results, it is found that energetic and exergetic efficiencies of the present multigeneration plant are 66.12% and 61.56%, respectively. The comparisons of the subsystem and overall plant efficiencies show that the highest energetic and energetic efficiencies belong to freshwater production plant by 79.24% and 75.62%, respectively. In addition, the present parametric analysis indicates that an increase in the reference temperature, solar radiation intensity and working pressure of the solar process has a positive effect on the plant's performance. The cost analysis reveals that as the solar radiation intensity and the working pressure of the solar process increase, the hydrogen generation cost decreases. Furthermore, the hydrogen generation cost is achieved to be 1.94 $/kgH2 at 650 W/m2 of the solar radiation intensity, with other parameters remaining constant. 相似文献
